What do recent graduates say are the best things about working with us?

"I have been forced to get out of my comfort zone and push myself in areas that I did not think I would. There is lots of support as a graduate and opportunities to ask lots of questions, seek help and learn. Our graduate coordination ensures that each rotation will be beneficial for our development as a policy officer, and regularly checks in with us about our progress."

"One of the main positives is how interesting the work is, and the grads' fairly unique opportunity to be exposed to a large variety of it through our rotations. I also appreciated that this exposure didn't come with excessive responsibilities, giving me the ability to spend a lot more time learning about the areas I rotated through compared to other new starters. Finally, another positive is the friendly and supportive workplace culture I've experienced in each rotation."
