Graduate Program

Throughout the 12 month Program, Graduates are hired into streams and undertake job specific learning experiences, tailored training modules with their cohort and short-term assignments. The blended learning model integrates onsite sessions, virtual modules, project based learning and self-paced learning. Our framework is designed to develop Graduates both personally and professionally.

 

The Graduate community is tight-knit, social and friendly. At the start of the Program Graduates are assigned a buddy from the Graduate Alumni Community to provide additional support and act as a sounding board for any questions. There are also a number of social clubs, initiatives and activities formed by employees to assist with strengthening and expanding professional networks.
