Employer Profile

Hewlett Packard Enterprise got its start over 75 years ago because of two men who believed in their ideas. In 1939, our founders, Bill Hewlett and Dave Packard, started a revolution in a garage in Palo Alto, California - the original Silicon Valley startup, known as Hewlett-Packard (HP). While a lot has changed since then, our commitment to innovation and creative thought is steadfast.

Today we offer the most complete IT infrastructure portfolio in the market which spans servers, storage, networking and software to enable our clients our clients to perform 4 key tasks in order to survive and thrive in the idea economy:
- Transform to a hybrid infrastructure
- Protect the digital enterprise
- Empower the data-driven organisation
- Enable workplace productivity.

Joining our Graduate Program will give you the opportunity to transition from a brand new graduate to a professional with a headstart in the IT industry. You’ll be involved in work that has a real impact on HPE’s success because we believe that hands-on experience is the fastest way to grow.

Incredibly varied roles day to day and if you show enthusiasm coworkers and managers notice and will give you opportunity to learn. Very fast paced and can get large amounts of responsibility and challenges from the get go. Working with global teams also is very interesting given cross cultural collaboration, and could represent career opportunities into the future.

Plenty of training opportunities and an awesome supportive manager

Great work life balance and fantastic team with great attitude

Good long term options within the company in different areas.
