IPL offers its Graduates an array of development which starts from their first day, which sees graduates take part in a week long onboarding program. The program includes further information on the business, as well as commencing their development with skill building sessions and meeting their mentors. This is part of a 2 year road map that see’s Graduates continue to receive training from our in house specialists as well as part take in courses and training off site. Learning & Development is a combination of Technical and Soft Skill training which will play an important part of becoming a successful engineer. IPL also supports an annual industry week where Graduates plan and organise visits to various IPL sites as well visit other businesses in similar industries.

IPL's graduate program target's engineers from the following disciplines: Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical. From time to time we also have opportunities for engineers from the following disciplines: Materials and Environmental.
