What does a Graduate position at William Buck (Victoria) look like?  

You will take part in a comprehensive L&D program consisting of both structured

training sessions and on-the-job training, plus be supported from day 1 by your

dedicated buddy. You will benefit from exposure across a diverse range of clients and

industries and be given opportunities to attend client meetings and develop your ability

to interact with clients from early in your career. We hold regular social events and cultural celebrations; offer opportunities for volunteering and networking; and you will attend our “Grad College” where you can connect with all William Buck graduates from across Australia and NZ.

William Buck (Victoria) has one office in Melbourne CBD. Other William Buck office locations are Adelaide, Sydney, Brisbane, Perth & Auckland.

Roles available for Graduates

Every year we recruit graduates for the following service lines: Audit & Assurance, Business Advisory, and Tax Consulting.  Depending on need, we also occasionally recruit Graduates for: Restructuring & Insolvency, Wealth Advisory, and R&D Tax Incentives and Grants.   Plus, occasionally graduate vacancies arise in our operations teams: People & Culture, Marketing, or IT. 

 

Degree subjects required for Graduates wishing to apply

The majority of our graduate positions are with our accounting focused services lines therefore requiring students to have studied an accounting major. Please check our adverts for degree requirements for each position.
